To spread the word to consumers about its extensive HD offerings, DirecTV commissioned my company to create a series of print ads to compel customers to upgrade to HD programming. Wanting to showcase their extensive variety of programs, we designed a series of ads that touched on their most popular genre brackets for HD: Music, Horror, Family, Documentary, and Sci-Fi.
Utilizing eye-catching program images and powerful copy that encouraged readers to imagine their favorite movies and shows in high definition, we wanted to drive home the point that HD puts viewers right in the middle of the action for a more dynamic and exhilarating TV watching experience.
