Selling a highly technical offering to B2B audiences, Litmos had struggled to find the right balance in its existing sales materials and website copy. Catering to companies and professionals with varying levels of tech-savviness, they needed help bridging the gap between approachable and authoritative. Starting with stakeholder and voice of customer interviews, I familiarized myself with Litmos’ product offering and value proposition, summarizing my findings to their leadership and marketing team and mapping out the best strategy forward. With their buy-in, I then proceeded to refresh their sales materials and website copy to align with our new strategy. Litmos was incredibly pleased with our team’s collective efforts and continues to lead the marketing to this day.
